Pro Tip: A job interview is a two-way street. Just as the hiring manager is assessing your fit for them, ensure they're a good fit for you too. Take the lead in the conversation. Take the Room. Be bold enough to say no if the job isn't a fit for where you want to go next.

3. Identify Your Tribe: Once you've honed in on your path, it's crucial to recognise who you serve. Leaders in Life Sciences who attempt to serve everyone serve no one.

Pro Tip: Understand your customer. Know what they desire and how you can help them. Doubling down is the way forward.

4. Grow Your Conscious Awareness: Each action you take mirrors who you are and who you wish to be. Be intentional in your choices and align your actions with your desired identity.
