Yesterday marked the kickoff of the final Jumpstart cohort of the year, and it would be a disservice if I did not share this incredible journey with you.
In our session yesterday, we delved deep into the art of taking the room as a peer (after all, you're aiming for a higher paying position, right?), exploring the unique qualities we each bring to the table, and investigating the transformative changes necessary to realise our most significant aspirations. We also indulged in some invaluable role-playing exercises because I firmly believe that practice is the driving force of progress... Just like when we were kids learning to ride a bike - practice makes you better.
