When my best schoolmate would go for a meditation class, I would go for a swim, ride my bike, run, or take my dog for a long walk.

It took me 3 decades, two years of encouragement, and a good deal of surrender to allow meditation into my life.

Today, I understand the power of it and why successful leaders tap into their meditative stage.

Life before meditation. Before I allowed meditation into my life, I’d be stuck in fear and scarcity. I was really great at entertaining negative self-talk and blame. I lived often in the past or believed that life would be easier when I had obtained this certificate or when we shifted this behaviour and gave the future supernatural power always with the exit door open allowing me to wait for things to happen rather than owning it. I let other people control my state of happiness and I had no idea that by shifting my focus I could make each and every day count.  The way I wanted it.

Life with meditation. Once I discovered how I should meditate, my life started to shift. I soon found meditation tracks to heal wounds, find inner clarity, and find inner peace. Today I meditate in the morning and in the evening. And I meditate during the day if I lack clarity, feel overwhelmed, or am low on energy.

Why now? Life is busy and you can feel overwhelmed that everyone wants your attention. For you to survive and maintain your power duties, it's essential that you protect yourself and your energy.

Life can be a different experience.
